By initiating a return request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Customers have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, as indicated on the courier’s tracking record, to submit a return request. To qualify:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received — unused, unworn, unmodified, unpainted (if purchased as Raw), and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned with its original packaging and any accompanying tags.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@dandkcustomprints.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

  3. Await approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns (items sent back without approval) will not be accepted.

  4. Once approved, ship the return within 7 days using the label and address provided.

If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@dandkcustomprints.com with your order number and clear photos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution, which may include a return and refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Painted or finished miniatures (unless purchased as Raw and unpainted)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by the customer

  • Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Final sale or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To receive a replacement, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union 30-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 30 days for any reason. Items must be unused, unmodified, unpainted (if Raw), undamaged, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

D&K Custom Prints LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.


Refund Policy

By initiating a refund request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Processing of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at refundinquiry@dandkcustomprints.com.

Non-Refundable Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • Costs associated with buyer’s remorse are not refundable.

Buyer’s Remorse

Due to the nature of 3D printing and made-to-order items, we do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering

  • No longer wanting the product

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions and reach out with any questions before placing an order.

Return Authorization Requirement

Refunds are only issued for returns authorized in advance. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
