Shipping Policy

At D&K Custom Prints LLC, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining quality. Please review our shipping policies below.
1. Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

Resin Miniatures & Custom Prints: 3–5 business days

Articulated Toys & Other Prints: 3–5 business days

Painted Miniatures & Custom Orders: Processing time varies (contact us for details)
Orders begin processing after payment is received. Large or custom orders may take longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on the best rate and service available.

United States: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by country)
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.
3. Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Economy Shipping: $5 on U.S. orders under $35

Free Economy Shipping: U.S. orders $35 and over ship free

International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. $300 and over ship free

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees
4. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our studio in Grain Valley, Missouri. Customers will receive an email with pickup instructions once their order is ready.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.
If your package is lost:

Check with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for updates

File a claim with the carrier if necessary

Contact us if you need assistance, but we cannot issue refunds for carrier issues
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with your mail carrier or local post office. We cannot replace or refund items marked as delivered by the carrier.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If you provide an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for lost packages. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping fees to resend.
Address change requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at contact@dandkcustomprints.com.
7. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for:

Delays due to customs processing
We do not mark packages as gifts or alter customs values.
