Behind the Scenes: Our Print Farm Setup

Ever wonder how we keep up with demand while maintaining top-tier print quality? Here's a behind-the-scenes look at our growing 3D print farm — optimized for speed, detail, and consistency.

🧵 Filament Printers – Fast, Clean, Reliable

We currently run 10 Bambu Lab printers (8 - P1P's, a P1S, and an X1C), optimized for colorful filament prints like articulated toys, fidgets, and functional models.

  • High-speed, precision filament printing with minimal cleanup
  • Custom flow, wall, and iron settings for strong hinges and smooth joints
  • Frequent calibration and maintenance to avoid stringing or curl

🧪 Resin Printers – Built for Miniatures

On the resin side, we use:

  • 2 - Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra (fast, clean, and high-detail)
  • 1 - Mars 5 Ultra (precise down to 18µm(microns)
  • 1x Uniformation GK3 Ultra
  • Elegoo Jupiter 2(Q3 this year: When pre-orders open)

These handle our 32mm and 75mm miniatures, busts, large creatures, and terrain with crisp surface resolution down to 18μm.

📊 Workflow and Scaling

We stagger our queues based on model complexity, resin cure time, and filament cooling cycles. Each item is sliced and supported in-house — no automation shortcuts. We run multi-day print cycles to keep stock flowing without sacrificing quality.

Everything is printed, cured, cleaned, and finished by hand — right here in our Missouri workshop.
