Welcome to D&K Custom Prints LLC. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Nature

We specialize in high-definition 3D-printed miniatures, figurines, and articulated toys. All items are made-to-order.

  • Quality Standards: Items are hand-inspected; however, the 3D printing process may result in minor support marks or surface variations.
  • Safety: Resin miniatures are intended for adult hobbyists and collectors. They are fragile and contain small parts that are not suitable for children.
  • Digital Accuracy: We strive to display colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and resin batches.

3. Shipping & Delivery Guarantee

We ensure that your order is processed and handed to the carrier within 3–7 business days (custom painted items may require longer lead times).

  • Carrier Responsibility: While we utilize third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), D&K Custom Prints LLC assumes responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered.
  • Delivery Issues: If your package is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you. Please contact contact@dandkcustomprints.com within 7 days of the delivery date to report issues.

4. Custom Order Approval (Painted Miniatures)

For custom-painted miniatures, we provide progress photos for your approval. To maintain our shipping schedule, we require a response within 24 hours of the photo being sent. If no response is received, we will proceed with shipping to avoid delivery delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel any standard order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • Returns: We accept returns on non-custom, unpainted items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
  • Non-Returnable: Custom-painted items and personalized prints are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
