Welcome to D&K Custom Prints LLC. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. Business Identity & Legal Notice

D&K Custom Prints LLC is a registered Limited Liability Company in the State of Missouri, USA.

2. Products & Made-to-Order Nature

We specialize in high-definition 3D-printed miniatures, figurines, and articulated toys. Most items are made-to-order.

• Quality Standards: Items are hand-inspected; however, the 3D printing process may result in minor support marks or surface variations. These are inherent to the manufacturing process and not considered defects.
• Safety Warning: Resin miniatures are intended for adult hobbyists and collectors. They are fragile and contain small parts that pose a choking hazard; they are not suitable for children.
• Digital Accuracy: We strive for color accuracy, but actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and material batches.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days (excluding custom painted items). Total U.S. delivery time is estimated at 5–10 business days.

• Carrier Responsibility: While we utilize third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), D&K Custom Prints LLC will assist in resolving transit issues for packages lost or damaged prior to confirmed delivery.
• Reporting Issues: Please contact info@dandkcustomprints.com within 24 hours of delivery to report any shipping-related damage or issues.

4. Custom Order Approval

For custom-painted miniatures, we provide progress photos for your approval. To maintain our shipping schedule, we require a response within 24 hours of the photo being sent. If no response is received, we will proceed with shipping the item as-is to avoid delivery delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

All returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our complete Refund Policy:

• Cancellations: Standard orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund (unless the order has already been fulfilled and dispatched).
• Return Windows: Eligible non-custom filament products may be returned within 30 days of delivery; eligible non-custom resin products within 60 days of delivery (subject to approval and potential restocking fees up to 20%).
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-painted items, personalized prints, altered models, and made-to-order items that cannot be resold are final sale unless there is a verified shop error.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
