Return & Refund Policy

At D&K Custom Prints LLC, we stand behind the quality of our 3D prints. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unpainted, and unmodified.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to their custom nature:

  • Custom/Personalized Orders: Any item printed to specific customer dimensions or unique specifications.
  • Painted Miniatures: Items that have been custom-finished or painted by our studio.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance items or items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at returns@dandkcustomprints.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. For all other returns (such as buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@dandkcustomprints.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Timeline: Most refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification, provided the item is not a custom-made product.
