At D&K Custom Prints LLC, we are committed to ensuring your high-definition prints and miniatures arrive safely and promptly. We take full responsibility for your order until it is successfully delivered to your door.

1. Total Delivery Time

To estimate when you will receive your order, please use the following calculation:

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
  • Estimated Window: 6–12 Business Days (Standard U.S. Orders)

2. Processing Time (Handling)

Our items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality resolution. Orders begin processing the next business day after payment.

  • Resin Miniatures & Custom Prints: 3–5 business days
  • Articulated Toys & Stock Prints: 3–5 business days
  • Painted Miniatures: Times vary; please check the specific product page for current lead times.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx to provide the most reliable service. All orders include a tracking number.

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

4. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate Economy: $5.00 for U.S. orders under $35.00
  • Free Shipping: All U.S. orders of $35.00 or more
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on weight. Free shipping for international orders over $300.00.

5. Delivery Guarantee & Issues

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we will take care of it.

  • Lost or Stolen: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, or if it stops updating, contact us at contact@dandkcustomprints.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the item is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Damaged Items: If your print arrives broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
