At D&K Custom Prints LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability Company, we are committed to making, packing, and shipping your 3D printed items with care.

Please review the information below for processing times, shipping times, delivery issues, and shipping costs.


Total Delivery Time

To estimate when you will receive your order, please use the following calculation:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Estimated Window: Most standard U.S. orders arrive in approximately 6–12 business days, depending on processing time, carrier transit time, and destination.


Processing Time

Most items are made to order. Orders begin processing after payment confirmation.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Usually ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-order resin items: Usually ship within 5–7 business days.
  • Made-to-order filament items: Usually ship within 5–7 business days.
  • Custom painted items: Lead times vary by size, detail, and current workload. Please refer to the product page or contact us before ordering if you need a time estimate.

Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, holidays, large orders, custom requests, or unexpected production delays.


Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We ship through carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping options may vary by destination, package size, and package weight.

  • United States: Estimated transit time is usually 3–7 business days after shipment.
  • International: Estimated transit time is usually 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs, and carrier delays.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.


Shipping Costs

  • U.S. orders under $75: Flat-rate economy shipping is $6.99.
  • U.S. orders of $75 or more: Free shipping is available.
  • International orders: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and package weight.
  • International orders over $300: Free international shipping may be available.

Delivery Issues and Claims

D&K Custom Prints LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or theft after a package is marked delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist with carrier-related issues when possible.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking stops updating for more than 5 business days, please contact us at info@dandkcustomprints.com. We will review the tracking information and help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@dandkcustomprints.com.

To report delivery damage, please provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping box from all sides
  • Photos of all packing materials
  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the damage

Please keep the damaged item, shipping box, and all packing materials until the issue is resolved. Discarding the packaging may prevent a shipping claim from being completed.


Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

If an order is returned to us because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Customs delays are outside of our control and may extend the estimated delivery time.
