Lead Time & Turnaround Estimates
To maintain our studio's strict standards of quality, completion time is determined entirely by the overall scale, complexity, and specific details of your sculpt. Timelines are careful estimates rather than dynamic guarantees—display-tier work is never rushed. Final turnaround times are approximate and scale with our active studio workload on the tracker below.
- Medium to Huge Miniatures: Typically completed within 1 week.
- Gargantuan, Statues & Large Figures: Minimum of 2 weeks from receipt of payment and all confirmed reference details.
Privacy Note: For complete customer data security, listings display only the last 5 digits of your order number. Personal identifiers, shipping addresses, and proprietary custom project details are never published.

What Each Status Means
Model files are actively loaded and processing on the print matrix.
High-detail resin components have completed their primary print cycles.
24-hour degassing period, triple washed, UV post-cured, and going through our technical quality check for flaws and misprints.
Meticulous fitting, structural bonding, advanced gap-filling, and seamless surface sanding.
Surface preparation completed; media layer is primed and prepared for the brush.
Custom hand painting in progress. Final studio approval photography will be sent directly to you upon completion.
Art application approved. Protective, archival-grade matte or gloss topcoats are being applied.
Passed final studio inspection and moved to secure, shock-resistant packaging.
Parcel dispatched to our fulfillment carrier. Please check your system email for automated tracking information.
Production temporarily paused pending your design feedback, visual reference artwork, or final photo approval.
Project temporarily paused due to special customer requests or specific engineering constraints.
