Most of our items are custom printed to order. According to our Shipping Policy, standard made-to-order resin and filament items usually ship within 5–7 business days. Lead times for custom-painted items vary by size, detail, and our current workload.

Every single package features our specialized Overkill Protection™ packaging to ensure safety. However, if a shipping carrier mishandles your package and it arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@dandkcustomprints.com within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damaged item, all sides of the shipping box, and all packing materials to process a claim.

We offer flat-rate shipping for U.S. orders under $75, and free shipping on domestic orders over $75. Local pickup at our Missouri studio is also available (typically ready in 5+ days). We use a high-quality, UV-cured photopolymer resin blend. This specialized material allows us to capture incredibly crisp, fine details and superior durability that traditional plastic printers simply can't match.

Our articulated toys and fidgets are wonderful for older kids and adults, but they are not recommended for children under 3 years old. Because they are printed with interlocking moving parts, they can become a choking hazard if a joint breaks due to rough play.

Nope! Our articulated toys are "print-in-place," meaning they come off our machines fully assembled with moving joints and are ready to play with right out of the box. We also offer a selection of "Ready to Ship" fidgets that bypass our standard printing queue.
