Welcome to D&K Custom Prints. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
General
D&K Custom Prints operates a custom print-on-demand business producing 3D printed miniatures, toys, and terrain. All products are made to order and crafted with quality materials.
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are produced in-house and shipped from Missouri, U.S. Shipping times may vary depending on print queue and customization. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only if items arrive damaged or defective. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Painted resin products are final sale and non-returnable. Damage caused during transit may require a claim to be filed with the shipping carrier. We do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Hand-painted resin miniatures (all painted sales are final)
Product Use
All products are intended for hobby, display, collecting, or gaming use. Our filament toys are suitable for ages 5 and older, while all resin miniatures are recommended for ages 12 and older. They are not designed for very young children unless specifically noted.
Intellectual Property
All licensed content remains the property of its original creators. D&K Custom Prints holds commercial licenses to reproduce and sell physical prints only. Digital STL files are never for sale.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use of our products or website. All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk. Customers are responsible for proper handling and use of all items.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, U.S.A.
