Automaton Resin Miniatures for Constructed Characters

Not every fantasy adventurer is born. Automaton characters bring artificial bodies, ancient craftsmanship, and constructed forms to the tabletop, creating character concepts that immediately stand apart from more traditional ancestries. This collection gathers our Automaton resin miniatures for Pathfinder 2e, D&D 5e, and other fantasy tabletop RPG adventures.

Give Your Mechanical Character a Place at the Table

An Automaton miniature can represent far more than a generic construct. Depending on the individual model, these characters can take their place alongside the rest of an adventuring party as warriors, spellcasters, specialists, or other personalities shaped by your campaign. They can also provide visually distinctive options for NPCs and other important characters encountered during an adventure.

Because this collection is organized by Race / Ancestry rather than class, the models within it can have very different Class / Archetype, role, equipment, weapons, armor, and other characteristics. Use each product page to see exactly how a particular miniature is classified and what is included.

Mechanical Detail Made for the Painting Desk

Automaton designs can give miniature painters a chance to work with surfaces and details that differ from conventional fantasy characters. Depending on the sculpt, constructed bodies may incorporate armor-like plating, mechanical components, engraved surfaces, equipment, magical elements, or other intricate features. Those details can support anything from clean metallic finishes to aged, weathered, or highly fantastical color schemes.

Our resin miniatures are 3D printed using engineering-grade gray resin for durability and crisp details, helping preserve the sculpted character details that make these models interesting both on the tabletop and as painting projects.

Ordering the Right Automaton Miniature

Check the individual product before ordering for its available print scale, base size, Creature Size, kit pieces, and configuration. Print scale describes the scale of the physical miniature, while Creature Size is its rules-based tabletop classification; the two should not be treated as the same measurement. Our Resin Miniature Sizing & Scale Guide explains these measurements in more detail.

Available preparation levels vary by sculpt and may include DIY Kit, Raw Prep, Assembled, Primed, and Painted. See our Resin Miniature Finish Options Guide before ordering if you are unsure which option fits your project.

Each order is produced and hand-inspected by our family-run studio in Missouri, USA.
