Brain Stealer – Medium Aberration

Brain Stealer by PRIMAL Collectibles is a grotesque Medium Aberration with a tentacled, alien appearance and a distinctly psychic-horror aesthetic. Available in 32mm and 75mm scales, this sinister creature makes an excellent dungeon predator, mind-hunting enemy, or eldritch encounter for D&D 5e and Pathfinder 2e campaigns.

• Eldritch Aberration Design: The Brain Stealer features a distorted humanoid form, writhing facial tentacles, clawed limbs, and an unsettling organic silhouette built for psychic-horror encounters.
• Two Scale Options: Choose the 32mm version for standard tabletop play or the larger 75mm version for painting, collecting, and display.
